Making Stuff Up

I use improv for almost everything I do. Finding inspiration in the moment and making up a plan as I go, is the juicy space where I thrive.

I started doing improv professionally in high school with ComedySportz San Antonio which inspired me to move to Chicago and explore more. I started off by doing small shows with independent teams while I was training at The iO Theater, and then I found my home base with ComedySportz Chicago. I have consistently approached improv from the angle of giant characters with other worldly dispositions. I love creating quirks and stories for them while disappearing into another identity. Though my upbringing was in short-form/game based improv, long-form is my true delight and I love experimenting with ways to bridge the two and make higher emotional stakes onstage. Improv honors my bigness, which helps me celebrate it offstage.

Currently performing again with the ComedySportz Chicago ensemble!
