Eve is on her way home one night when a kid, Dakota, creates a scene on the train. When she speaks to him, he reveals that he has lost his way from a faraway magic realm. Eve takes on the role of caretaker, creating a makeshift home for Dakota at the restaurant where she works. But the soda supply is running low, there are strange noises coming from the supply closet, and stuffed animals are appearing as dining guests. Can Eve cover for Dakota long enough to learn the truth about his story?
